What's included
The price is what you see.
Everything below is included. No extras for WiFi, air conditioning or utilities. Only the tourist tax is paid on arrival.
Air conditioning
In every room.
Heating and cooling in every bedroom and the living area. In July and August, when Sardinia pushes past thirty degrees, it really matters.
IncludedFull kitchen
Plates, pots, coffee machine, dishwasher.
Everything you need to cook properly, not just get by. Oven, hob, large fridge, enough tableware for the maximum number of guests the house holds.
IncludedWiFi
Throughout the house.
A line that handles streaming, video calls and remote work in the shoulder season. Weren't planning on working? Neither were we — but if you need to, it holds up.
IncludedWashing machine
Useful after a week of sand and sea.
Top-load, complimentary detergent for your first wash. You can hang the laundry outside — the Sardinian sun does its job in a couple of hours.
IncludedTV
National channels — a rainy evening saved.
TV in the living room. We won't judge if you spend a rainy evening watching it.
IncludedParking
Private in Stintino, free on the street in Alghero.
In Stintino you park inside the villa's garden. In Alghero there's free on-street parking in the roads around the building — usually no trouble finding a spot even in high season.
IncludedBarbecue, balcony
For each house, what makes it right.
In Stintino: barbecue, sunloungers and a dining table in the garden. In Alghero: balcony over the inner courtyard.
Included
What's not included
Just a few things, stated plainly.
The municipal tourist tax, a few euros per person per night, set by the town hall. Your own groceries, of course — we leave a small welcome basket, but the shopping is yours.
No hidden costs for WiFi, air conditioning or utilities. No third-party platforms adding fees.
