How do I book?
Write to us through the contact form or by email. We reply within twenty-four hours with availability and terms.
Are pets allowed?
For now, no — in neither house. In Alghero the building rules forbid it, in Stintino it's our choice. For exceptional cases, write to us and we'll talk it through.
What's included in the price?
The stay, WiFi, air conditioning, utilities. The municipal tourist tax is separate and paid on arrival.
How do cancellations work?
Up to thirty days before arrival: full refund less ten percent. Between thirty and fourteen days: fifty percent refund. Under fourteen days: no refund, but we always try to re-book the dates and we'll get back to you.
How does check-in work?
Check-in from four in the afternoon, check-out by ten in the morning: fixed hours and no waiting. Check-in is self-service with a secure key safe — the keys are already there when you arrive, so you can settle in at your own pace, even on late evenings. We send the code and instructions the day before and stay one message away for anything you might need.
How do I get there?
The nearest airport is Alghero-Fertilia (AHO): ten minutes by car from the apartment in Alghero, an hour from the villa in Stintino. Direct flights from across Europe. As an alternative, ferries to Porto Torres (30 km from Stintino) from Genoa, Civitavecchia and Barcelona, or to Olbia (two hours by car). We always recommend renting a car at the airport: distances between the two houses and the finest spots in the north-west are most comfortable by car.
