About us
Two houses, one family, the same Sardinia.
We are a Sardinian family. Our two houses — the villa in Stintino, the apartment in Alghero — are places where we've spent our summers, our stop-over winters, our Sunday lunches. At some point we decided to open them up to guests, because they sat empty too many months a year and we liked the idea of someone else living in them.
We look after the houses ourselves. We reply to messages, we get everything ready for your arrival — you'll find the keys in a secure key safe, so you can settle in whenever you like with no waiting — and when something needs fixing we don't call a management company: we do it. That's the difference you notice when you write to us, and one we hope you'll feel once you arrive.
We have no grand plans to expand. Two houses is what we can look after properly, and we're fine with that. What we try to offer is an honest Sardinia: La Pelosa on one side, the Catalan old town on the other, and the chance to enjoy them without the pressure of mass bookings.
